Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: September 2026
All products sold on this Website are 100% digital. There is no physical shipping involved.
1. Instant Digital Delivery
After a successful payment, your purchase is confirmed instantly on-screen and via email. Download links for digital products (LUTs, presets, guides, checklists, eBooks) are delivered to the email address provided at checkout — typically within a few hours, and in most cases much faster.
2. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of payment, please check your spam/promotions folder first, then contact screenextfilms@gmail.com with your Order ID and payment reference. We will re-send the link promptly.
3. Workshops & Consultations
Workshop bookings and consultations involve no shipping. Joining details, schedules, and preparation material are shared via email and WhatsApp before the session date.
4. No Physical Goods
Nothing purchased on this Website will be couriered. Any merchandise or physical goods launched in the future will carry a separate shipping policy at that time.
